Zeva |
Breed: English Setter/Anatolian Shepherd | Gender: Female |
Story: Zeva is a rescued reservation dog out of Gallup, New Mexico. I don't believe she had ever been in a house before we adopted her because we had to leave her briefly the first day we had her and so we gated her off in a hallway. But she destroyed the baby gate and proceeded to tear the house up the first day we had her. Literally. We went and got her a crate as soon as we got home after we saw the devastation she had created! She sleeps in it at night and when we leave the house. We have had her 9 months and she's calmed down tremendously although she is still very willful! She seems to us to be more English Setter because she points at our bird feeders all the time and goes after anything that flies. Be it a bird or a gnat. Plus she has more the body type and face of a setter. She is quite the ham and we love her dearly. We think she is around 1 year 9 months old. Very smart as well. She is a keeper for sure! |
