"I am the King."
Lucky at 6 Years

See My Big Boy!
Sebastian at 18 Months

Breed: German Shepherd Dog/Labrador RetrieverWeight: 110 pounds
Gender: Male
Full Name: Sebastian Zeus
Favorite Food: He likes peanut butter and cheese cubes. Hot dogs are his power treat. When he was a year old, a friend of mine suggested Flint River Ranch because he was so itchy and had constant ear infections. Once we got him on Flint River Ranch Lamb, Millet, and Rice, the change was amazing: his skin and ears cleared up and his coat is beautiful.
Favorite Activities: He enjoys playing tug, ball, Frisbee, barking at the neighbor, going anywhere in the car, and walking.
Favorite Place to Sleep: He likes to sleep in his crate or on the floor in the kitchen by the back door.
Special Skills or Responsibilities: His job is to protect Gammy and herd his brother, Lucky, when he escapes.
Story: Sebastian is my precious boy. He is a big baby and loves to cuddle and give kisses. He was my birthday present. He was basically a rescue. His owners were moving and did not have room in the U-Haul for the puppy. He was approximately 6 weeks, although I think he was younger. A co-worker (and serious animal lover) of my husband called and asked him if we would be interested in a puppy. My husband and I had been thinking about a dog for a few months, but I was not ready for the commitment because I knew I would be the primary caregiver no matter what he said! Anyway, when hubby found out he was a German Shepherd mix he told her to bring him over. Well, she showed up with this adorable puppy and my kids and I just squealed and then my husband says, "Happy Birthday," and I was like, "Yeah right." His original name was Zeus, but I really didn't like that so my daughter said how about Sebastian and it stuck. Sebastian has been through puppy and obedience training. He still needs help with loose leash walking.

Breed: Domestic Shorthair CatWeight: 12 pounds
Gender: Male
Favorite Food: He loves tuna. Lucky used to have seizeures and was on Hill's prescription diet for crystals. Now that he eats Flint River Ranch, he's just fine.
Favorite Activities: He has fun playing with twist ties, playing catch, doing "psycho cat," and chasing his brother's tail.
Favorite Place to Sleep: He sleeps on the back of the couch or in the bed with Mom.
Special Skills or Responsibilities: He can open all doors that have handles and he can take one Q-tip out of the package to play with when he is bored.
Story: Lucky was also basically a rescue. He is the KING in the house. He had absolutely no problem with Sebastian; he just looked to us to keep that puppy in line. When we lived in Germany, his owners were coming back to the States and did not want to pay the shipping cost so they were going to set him free. Another co-worker took him home and offered him to my daughter and he has been with us ever since.

When he was 2 years old he developed seizures, and after much testing it was decided that he was epileptic. He is not on any medication because he would only seize every 30-60 days. His last seizure was 2 years ago. Lucky developed a kidney infection and the vet suggested a change in diet so I decided to try Flint River Ranch. He loves it!
